All of our beans are sourced from responsible, high-quality producers and purveyors. We pursue the finest traceable grades, fairest practices, and the hands-down best beans. We use a hand-made Ambex bean roaster to coax the perfect flavor and fragrance from each bean. Our beans are roasted with precision, whether a blend or single origin. Our blends are carefully crafted to deliver optimal flavor and aroma. Our product is something that we love waking up to, recharging with midday, and enjoying early evening. We think you’ll feel the same.


About the people…

Byron Bailey was born in New Orleans and grew up in Ouachita Parish, so Louisiana runs deep in his soul. Family, food, and fun have always been his motivation. After high school, he went to Baton Rouge for a degree in the sciences and a few Tiger games. Once LSU was a National Champion again, he journeyed further south to his birthplace of New Orleans. There he learned the secrets of the Creole kitchen. After culinary school and 13 years in New Orleans’ kitchens, he came back home to Ouachita to dive headfirst into this new adventure with his wife and business partner, Jill. All in all, Byron’s passion for coffee stems from art, science, and love… and it shows.
